Take one Arena job into the next run
Default: select the current Arena and finish its first unresolved access, mode, environment, or final-boss goal.
Reason: Arena and mode gates are local to that Arena, while environment entries can require the opposite response to the same event.
Premise: the selected Arena is already open, and any prerequisite mode named by the exact requirement is available there.
Cost: the attempt advances one gate or environment objective; it does not also preserve an incompatible contact or avoidance goal.
Alternative: if the required mode is still locked, target that mode first. If an avoidance flag is already lost, restart that goal on the next attempt.
This guide applies to Full Release 1.0. It uses the current five Arena records, their attached access and mode achievements, the stored environment rules, and each final Arena boss. It does not compare Arenas or carry progress from one Arena into another.
Choose one Arena goal
Use the Arena you are on, then choose exactly one outcome. “Unlock one mode” is the only goal that asks for a target mode. Every other goal needs no target mode.
The result gives one immediate action and one preset link to the selected Arena. That Arena record owns the complete mode list, environment facts, final boss, and related Achievement links.
Open the next Arena
Arena access follows the Default-clear chain. Start at ; each current Arena except has one attached record that opens the next Arena.
Choose Open the next Arena and follow the exact named record in the answer. Do not substitute a Hardcore, Endurance, or Boss Rush result: the next-Arena reward is attached to the current Arena’s Default completion record.
Bio Lab is the end of the current chain. Its selector therefore does not offer a next-Arena goal.
Unlock one mode
Choose Unlock one mode, then name the locked mode. The answer comes from that Arena’s attached Achievement record.
The current order is consistent across the five Arenas:
- A Default clear opens Endurance.
- Twenty minutes in Endurance opens Hardcore.
- Thirty minutes in Endurance opens Infinite.
- A Hardcore clear opens Extermination and Boss Rush.
- An Extermination clear opens One hit.
The selected record remains authoritative because its comparison can differ. Isolated City’s 20:00 and 30:00 Endurance gates use a strict greater-than check, so its counter must pass the displayed threshold. The later Arenas use at-least checks at those times. Clear gates use their own named win counter for the selected Arena.
If the mode named in the requirement is itself locked, select that prerequisite as the target first. This keeps the next attempt actionable without printing every Arena’s full mode record in the guide.
Respond to the Arena event
Choose Avoid followed by the event name when survival is the only job. The answer uses the selected Arena’s stored event schedule and gives one movement response.
- A moving event has a warning or visible lane. Move clear when it appears; a variable repeat interval is not a reliable countdown.
- A fixed zone is a route boundary. Leave margin at its edge instead of depending on damage immunity or a near miss.
- A contracting safe area is a cycle. Follow the boundary during contraction and use the reopening to reposition.
These are movement responses, not completion conditions. If the run is for an Achievement or Torment, select its exact name instead so the answer includes the stored failure flag, hit count, or timer behavior.
Finish one environment goal
Environment goals can demand opposite actions. A clean run ends when the selected record says a registered interaction sets a failure flag. A contact goal instead requires the hit, interaction, enemy feed, or time-inside condition printed in its answer.
Keep one goal for the attempt:
- For avoidance, stay clear from the first event through completion. If contact registers, restart that goal later.
- For survived-contact goals, take only the required interaction and keep positive health where the record requires it.
- For accumulation, read whether the counter is persistent, current-run, continuous, or cumulative. Continuous time resets when contact ends; cumulative time can pause and resume within the same run.
The decision result includes the exact stored event configuration for that one Arena. It does not turn hazard damage into a cross-Arena ranking or promise that a contact plan is safe for every squad.
Prepare for the final boss
Choose the final boss goal only after Boss Rush is open. The answer names the Boss Rush gate when it is still missing, then gives the stored preparation schedule and delay for the selected Arena.
Boss Rush provides 10:00 of preparation before the final encounter. After the stored 1.5-second delay, focus the boss named in the selected answer. Open that Arena preset to inspect the boss’s Difficulty I–III health fields and the exact wave without carrying another Arena into the decision.
Inspect the Arena record
The guide decides what to do next. The Arena query holds the complete record. Its single detail view shows mode access, the environment schedule, one run context, the final boss, and stable Achievement and Enemy links.
Use the preset from the answer. It contains one Arena, one mode, Difficulty I, Horde 1, and wave 1. Change those run settings only after the access or hazard question is settled.
FAQ
Why is Boss Rush still locked after a Default clear?
Default opens Endurance. Boss Rush is attached to the selected Arena’s Hardcore-clear record. Choose Unlock one mode, select Boss Rush, and follow the exact named requirement.
Does an Endurance unlock carry to every Arena?
No. Each Arena has its own named Endurance gate and recorded counter. Complete the requirement on the Arena selected in the decision.
Why did Isolated City’s Endurance clock reach 20:00 or 30:00 without opening the mode?
Those two Isolated City records use strict greater-than comparisons. The counter must pass 20:00 for Hardcore or 30:00 for Infinite. Later Arena records use at-least comparisons.
Can one hazard run satisfy avoidance and contact goals?
Not when the avoidance record fails on any registered interaction. Choose the exact goal before the run; if contact registers, treat the clean attempt as finished.
